Performers
When you log onto our performers pages, we will retain the email address that you provide via the account creation process. If you sign in via Facebook or Google, they will do their usual information collection around your usage, however we work to minimise the amount of tracking that they are able to do.
When you create listings for the Ilkley Live Programme, we store your performer information and contact data. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and the other information that you input in order to create a listing.
Everyone Else
If you choose to sign up to our mailing list, we will retain your name, email address and whether you have said you are a performer, venue, or both.
How We Use Your Data
Ilkley Live Website
We will only use your personal data for the purposes of running Ilkley Live and operating our site. This includes managing your account and providing you with the services you have requested. We will not share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
The performances that you select as part of your “Personal Programme” are stored locally on the device upon which you select them, and are not transmitted to us or stored by us.
We use Fathom privacy focused analytics to understand how the website is used, and to improve it. This collects no personally identifiable information, and does not track you elsewhere around the Internet.
Mailing List
If you choose to sign up to our mailing list, your name and email address will be used for the purposes of sending you relevant updates and information from Ilkley Live. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time. The mailing list is stored and processed via Mailchimp.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the use of your personal data. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal data.
By using our site and services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Deletion of personal data
If you wish us to delete the data we have about you, then please get in touch via email and we’ll implement your request as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after your email is received. Once done, we’ll reply to your request email to confirm deletion.
